RiverConnect lead 10 walks with 168 participants. Unfortunately with the wet weather and Jordan’s Bend flooded, 4 walks had to be cancelled.

A Squirrel Glider was seen on most walks with 14 seen in total.

An amazing 5 were spotted on our second last walk with our guest Indonesian students from GoTafe William Orr Campus.

Thumbs up to the students for their good spotting! Other species seen were the Brush-tailed possum, Tawny Frog mouth, bat species, invertebrate species and marsupial mouse.

Watch out for the Term 2 spotlight walks flyer or email us at riverconnect@shepparton.vic.gov.au to put your name down. Alternatively check out latest updates on our website.  Bookings are essential.
