Running is good for you. Picking up litter is good for the planet - why not do both? Welcome to the latest eco-fitness craze from Sweden... the most rewarding workout you'll ever do. "Plogging" is a mix of the Swedish words for "to jog" and "to pick up" — "plocka upp". There are only two rules to plogging, collect as much as you can and throw away (or recycle) as appropriate.

Join RiverConnect for this school holidays eco-friendly Plogging in the Park session, a fun opportunity for kids to learn about the benefits of giving back to the community and protecting the environment.

Dress ups in your favourite sporting gear are encouraged (you won't miss us in our fluoro!) and all clean up equipment is supplied.
