Canoeing a Delight

People of all ages came along to our free canoe events to experience the Goulburn River in a new way.
RiverConnect, as part of the joint Greater Shepparton City Council and Parks Victoria Activities in the Park program, hosted free Come and Try Canoe days on 26 January and 2 February. Over 80 people thoroughly enjoyed themselves whilst paddling from Dainton's Bridge to Jordan's Bend or Stuart Reserve where they were able to appreciate the river from a whole different perspective. Thanks to the Activities in the Park and River Country Adventours teams for their support and assistance.
