A scenic Victoria Park Lake provided the backdrop for the recent Activities in the Park, RiverConnect and BirdLife Murray Goulburn Brunch with the Birds event.

Community members young and experienced, were taken on a guided bird walk with members from BirdLife Murray Goulburn on Sunday 22 February.

Participants spotted over 35 different water and woodland species on the day and were treated to a mother Coot with baby chicks heading out for a swim.
